Our Council is a dedicated team of Christians from across  Australia who are committed to advancing biblical values in parliament.  Their passion and skills strengthen our mission to bring the glory and righteousness of God into the institution of Parliament and help build a better future for Australia.

Our Federal Council

Jonathan Davis ACFED President

Jonathan is a senior Project Director and Registered Architect with more than twenty years of experience delivering large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects, across various sectors in WA and nationally totalling over $10 billion in construction value. His career spans design leadership, major program delivery, executive advisory, and business management roles, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical, commercial, and governance requirements associated with high-value projects.

He is married with two children and is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  He became involved with the Australian Christians Party because he was concerned by the lack of leadership, integrity and accountability in the Australian political system.  He passionately believes that humility and the wisdom of God is necessary to make truly good decisions that serve the people well and that lay the foundations for a better tomorrow for our families and the generations to come.

His commitment to organisational health and effective governance is demonstrated through his service on eight different boards.  On these boards he has held the position of Chairman on three and served as Secretary on five.  These roles have allowed him to guide and support important decision-making processes across diverse ministry contexts.

Madeleine Goiran ACFED Council Member

Madeleine is an educator by profession with 40 years of  teaching experience. Her special interests are languages, culture, history, society, and the wise application of Christian principles to all areas of life, including politics.

As a first generation migrant (from France in 1970), Madeleine is grateful for the many opportunities Australia has given her own family.  She wishes that all families thrive in our amazing country.

In her current AC role,  Madeleine aims to inspire voters in every district to engage prayerfully, actively, and with discernment in the shaping of our nation.  Proverbs 14: 34 "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."
