As the team supporting the work of the party, they provide the leadership, strategy, administration, and coordination necessary to advance faith-based values within Parliament and the wider community.
Louis began serving in AC in 2020 as Business & Finance Manager, and now serves as Manager.
Louis is a credentialed Pastor with over forty years of ministry and leadership experience. Concurrent with this he has
been in CFO and Finance Manager roles in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. His skills, qualifications and
experience in finance, accounting, analysis, systems, planning, management, training and leadership are actively being applied in AC
with a heart to steward growth and innovation.
He is passionate about the Bible and seeing the transformative power of biblical truth activated in bringing about redemption,
healing, wholeness and blessing to individuals, families, churches, communities and our nation.
Louis has also run as an AC candidate for upper house in the last two WA state elections.
Louis brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and depth to the team. He is married to Shanthi, with three adult children.
Cynthia is a qualified occupational therapist. She now coordinates an important aspect of AC — our prayer and intercession. She has been a faithful member of Perth’s prayer community for many years and has been instrumental in setting up AC’s prayer networks.
Cynthia is a gifted intercessor with a heart for our nation and its people. She loves seeing the Church united in heart and spirit and seeking the heart of God, for His kingdom to come and His purposes to be established here in our nation.

Alvin brings a strong blend of administrative, financial, and team leadership experience to Australian Christians Party. He has coordinated teams within the disability and education sectors and has played a key role in managing election logistics, training candidates, and overseeing systems for volunteer engagement, so gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of party elections.
Alvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and has a creative passion for producing media that supports the AC's work and mission. He has served on the ACWA Council for over a year; has run as an AC candidate in recent WA state and federal elections; and serves as a vital team member in contributing to the expanding growth and impact of Australian Christians.
