Heavenly Father,
We thank You that You have called AC to be a voice of righteousness to our nation. Help us to wait humbly upon You, and listen closely
to Your still, small voice.
We come into agreement with Your plans and purposes, Your ways and strategies. Lead us to a higher
place of intimacy with You, where we clearly see Your directions and fight all spiritual battles from the highest place of Your
authority (Songs of Solomon 2:10, 4:8; Joshua 3:3-5, Psalms 127:1). For Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are
higher than our thoughts. And it is not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit that we can accomplish Your purposes (Isaiah 55:8-9,
Zechariah 4:6).
Father, You have called AC as a plumb line of righteousness (Amos 7:7). Help us in being fully yielded
to Your ways and not to the agendas of man. You have commissioned AC with authority to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow,
and to build and to plant (Jeremiah 1:10).
Strengthen us to speak boldly and without compromise like a sharpened arrow and a fortified wall
(Isaiah 49:2, Jeremiah 15:19-20). Turn people’s hearts back to You, as we declare Your Kingdom, righteousness and order amidst the
chaos and darkness.
We lift our voices to You at the city gates, where praise is our weapon for victory.
Holy Spirit, You are the River of Life flowing from the Throne of God. Flow in and through AC,
refreshing and reviving everything You touch (Ezekiel 47). As we work diligently and as a witness for You in the sphere of politics,
grant us wisdom, and make us an oasis of fresh water. Enable us to reach out and remove the barriers of separation amongst Your people.
Increase the godly and Kingdom influence we bring to the Body of Christ and to our parliaments and places of governing. Help our
presence and actions bring life and transformation to those around us.
Father, align us to Your will and sanctify us with Your Spirit. Help us to abide in You and Your love,
with hearts that are pure and of good conscience. Lead us to true unity and let Your love and joy be perfected in us, so that we may
bring heaven to earth and bear fruit in all we do (John 15, 17; Ephesians 4).
