The Legislative Assembly of Western Australia is currently reviewing its standing orders, and some - including one Labor MP and an
Atheist Group - are using the opportunity to call on the Lord's Prayer to no longer be used to open
the Parliament.
This is an important part of our history and Christian Heritage. So please use the platform below to make a submission to the
committee considering these changes, and urge them to keep the Lord's Prayer.
To use the platform, simply:
- Fill out your details
- Select the privacy for your submission
- Add anything you'd like to include in the submission
- Click "generate"
You will then be able to review the AI-generated submission. Once you click the send button, you will be prompted to
send it from your personal email address. Edit if you wish, and send.
Troubleshooting:
These are the solutions to common issues with the platform:
The system didn't generate a submission
All you have to do is click "back" and hit the generate button again. It should generate a unique submission for you to send.
The send button doesn't work
Usually, this is due to a security setting on your device or browser. Try using a different device or browser, or
simply copy information from the platform into a new email and hit send.
The platform keeps loading, but won't create an email
This usually happens due to increased traffic or due to an internet issue. Try connecting to a different network or try
again later.
